We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to fill the position of CCS Regional Channel Partner (DACH & North Europe) - Parental cover. This is a temporary position for 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Chromatography Consumables Sales (CCS) business across the DACH region & North Europe.
- Collaborate closely with Channel Partners to drive substantial growth and increase market share.
- Craft and implement core business processes to ensure flawless customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Leads for Product Management, Marketing, and Operations.
- Drive territory and product mix performance, successfully implementing growth measures where needed.
- Support dealers in developing and maintaining markets and customers.
- Lead all aspects of sales forecast and delivery, working closely with regional teams.
- Produce and deliver an Annual Sales Plan aligned with regional requirements.
- Travel more than 50% of the time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sophisticated commercial business or direct sales.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools to determine and understand the market.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build and maintain processes.
- Proficiency in German and English.
