- Manage financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Analyse and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.

Profile
A successful Finance Officer should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
- Expertise in financial reporting and non-profit accounting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Proven ability to work in a public sector and government setting.
- Ability to work in Liverpool.
