Customer Success / Client Relations - Fully Remote - £28-30k
Would you like a fully remote role? A job where you are given a level of autonomy and trust in what you do? Do you also have a great background in Client Relations?
We are working with a company that are the leading provider of conferences and events for asset finance (think car / auto finance, machinery etc). As the market leader, they also run a membership organisation delivering webinars, white papers and knowledge sharing to the industry.
And this is where you would come in....
In a role that is completely new to the company due to the growth of both events and membership - they are looking for someone to be the face of the company to clients - think constant touch points on the membership side of things to make sure members are getting full utilisation and deliverables are met.
Also on the events side - to make sure that ops are helped with and that sponsors and speakers are looked after pre, during and post event.
The company is small but have an incredibly strong reputation in their niche and have an ethos of helping each other out - proof that businesses can be built and run remotely!!
You'd save all that time on travel and travel expenses (however you would need to be on site during events to meet and look after sponsors and speakers).
What we are looking for is someone energetic, client facing and meticulously organised that can really be customer centric in their approach and proactive in making sure their needs are met.
Ideally with a background of sales delivery or client relations for B2B subscription services, membership or trade associations, or conference / exhibition operations.
