Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new business targets to attract and secure new clients.

Design and execute effective marketing plans.

Formulate strategic business development initiatives.

Foster and maintain excellent client relationships.

Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Lead and develop the team to ensure optimal performance.

Generate monthly and annual reports on:

Revenue vs forecast

Profit vs budget
-
Conversion rate of enquiries to new business

Average time to onboard new clients

Participate in quarterly performance reviews with the Director.

Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in business development
- Strong business acumen and self-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Exceptional communication skills for client interaction.
- Proven managerial and leadership capabilities.
