You will compile and analyze claims management information reports, ensuring the business remains both retained and developed.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the established claims reporting standards.
  • Deliver accurate and timely claim reports and analysis for the designated client portfolio and the overall business.
  • Comprehend clients' risk management and insurance goals, offering and interpreting claim statistics and data to support these objectives.
  • Participate in internal and external pre-renewal strategy meetings and other required sessions.
  • Inform Claims and/or Account Executive about any identified trends in claims activity from data analysis, including the effects of deductibles and coverage changes.
  • Coordinate with the claims unit, insurers, and third-party data providers to ensure precise claims data.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue by enhancing the claims and risk management services offered.
  • Regularly collaborate with key stakeholders on reports to ensure output is suitable, and undertake design and development to meet client-specific needs, including key performance indicators and benchmarking.
  • Create new analytics presentations to better illustrate claims trends and provide actionable claims intelligence and risk management responses.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficient in interpreting and integrating multiple data sets from various sources, presenting them in a consistent and user-friendly format
  • Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous
  • Knowledgeable in insurance claims and risk management
  • Eager and able to continue developing knowledge through both formal and informal learning, within and outside the company
  • Understanding of the general legal principles of insurance
  • Effective communicator
  • Aware of regulatory controls and procedures related to retail customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, such as Word, Outlook, and similar software applications
  • Advanced skills in Excel are essential
