Due to an increased demand in our Consumer market, we are now seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join the Consumer Sales team based in Bicester to support the Sales Team by carrying out customer specific administrative and reporting tasks.

The day to day deliverables will include

  • Updating Customer portals by completing customer new line forms with product data & sharing content information.
  • Downloading and recording weekly/monthly reports and collating Customer sell-out trackers.
  • Manage Field Marketing Agency partnerships, obtaining quotes & booking in-store activity, then providing feedback to the Account Managers.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer material, e.g. contracts and POS timings are met.
  • Support Account Managers with the organising and preparation of on-site customer meetings, customer samples and set up materials for Customer and Consumer shows.
  • Supply images & product content to the team and Customer when requested.
  • Assist with mailers/mail merges.
  • Raise purchase orders on SAP as required.To be successful in the role you will....
  • Experience of working within a demanding Commercial Sales environment with the ability to multi-task, and work to tight deadlines.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, be detail orientated and be highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • You are flexible to assist with ad-hoc projects and Group requests as and when required.
  • As well as possessing a disciplined, organised ability, you will have a higher-than-average drive for results with a positive "Can Do!" attitude within a collaborative and communicative team!
