Marketing Technology Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Technology Assistant who will be part of the Marketing Operations team which is focused on supporting, maintaining and implementing key marketing technology & infrastructure (including the Firm's CRM system) for the Business Development Department.

About the Role

This role sits within the Marketing Operations team and focuses on the content side of our CRM system, as well as supporting generally on CRM and other marketing technology projects as is required.

In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:

  • Preparing and sending of e-Marketing communications externally and internally.
  • Preparing reports on e-Marketing engagement.
  • Supporting training of the e-Marketing solution internally, including preparing training materials and guides.
  • LawNow (CMS subscription content service) support - this includes but is not limited to: preparing and sending of content, admin support for the overall processes, responding to and supporting UK lawyers who are preparing content.
  • Supporting on a variety of CRM system related tasks, including data clean up, marketing lists etc.
  • Providing administrative support to the various technology projects run by the CRM team.
  • Propose and implement improvements to processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the Marketing Operations team, including but not limited to: processing invoices & expenses, and organising & scheduling training and meetings.

  • Problem solver, detail oriented, pro-active and team worker.
  • Highly numerical with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Able to demonstrate good organisational and prioritisation skills, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Understanding of the importance of data and the benefits of a data driven approach to marketing.
  • Have some experience from a marketing function, preferably with experience using e-Marketing solutions
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
