Hours: Full time - Up to 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri, 9-5pm or 10-6pm
Pay Rates - Day: £22.89

At Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust, an opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work within the Upper Lea Valley Community Team/Lower Lea Valley ICT Team across the sites including Hoddesdon Health Centre and Bishops College.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide specialist Occupational therapy to patients in the community.
Responsibilities of this job role

- Be part of an integrated health care team; to provide clinical leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team in providing care to avoid inappropriate admissions to hospital, support early hospital discharge and work with a core community caseload.
To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
HCPC registered
Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent
Experience of community working
UK Driving License/Use of a car for work essential
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of

- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
