SALARY: £20K - £26K
OTE: £35K-£40K
Our client, a highly successful UK leading agency based is looking for a Business Consultant to join their client services team for their sleek offices in St James SW1.
My client is looking to add new Business Consultants to help grow our Client Services Department. This role is to generate business for the company through building relationships with vendors, landlords and developers. You will pro-actively speak to prospective clients, with the aim of securing their business and maximising opportunities with the company.
The role requires great communicators, who are determined, motivated and those who will enjoy sociable and hard working environment. Extensive initial training and constant on the job training are provided.
The role is ideally suited for someone looking to get into the property industry or a negotiator looking to move to a Monday-Friday role or a individual within the industry who cant drive!

The Role Includes:
- Proactively maintaining contact with clients
- Identifying new business
- Generating appointments for office Directors
- Working with office Directors to build a strategy to win business
Benefits:
- Basic salary of £20k to £26k depending on experience
- OTE of £35k+ in year 1
