Description
As Accounts Payable Clerk, your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Process large volumes of invoices on a daily basis ensuring accuracy.
- Reconcile AP transactions and payments.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure all payments comply with company policies, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
- Generate accounts payable reports.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- General ad-hoc duties and assisting the Finance team where required.
Profile
- Will be immediately available to start the role or on a reduced notice period
- Will come from a working background within Insurance or Financial Services
- Must hold up to 3+ years of experience within Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good communication skills & strong organisational skills
Job Offer
