The role is to cover maternity leave with an initial fixed term contract for 6 months, with a possibility of being extended by increments of 3 months up to a maximum of 12 months.
Main Duties:
Reporting to the Management Accountant, your duties and responsibilities include:
- Fixed Asset Management
- Capex & Disposal Reporting
- Consult with Group Accounts on Fixed Assets
- Digital Subscriptions: Piano & Legacy
- Processing Monthly Journals and Reports
- Authorisation and checking of Coupa Requisitions & Un-backed Invoices.
- Consult with Internal & External Auditors for Fixed Assets & Digital Subs
- Weekly/Month End Bank Reconciliations for Specialist Bank Accounts - GBP & Dollar
- Preparation of Monthly Credit Control KPi's
- Office National Statistics submissions
- Ad hoc reports for management
Job Requirements:
- Studying or passed AAT level 2 or 3.
- Computer literate with good Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to plan and organise workload
- Effective communication skills and ability to deal with financial and non-financial individuals
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Work as part of a team
