We are seeking a full time Finance Assistant to join our Tunbridge Wells office on a permanent basis. The company is well established running B2B exhibitions and conferences in the UK and worldwide, striving to provide high level service to our clients.
The candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for giving accurate financial support.
Typical duties include:
- Sales ledger and credit control,
- Purchase ledger posting
- Preparing reports
- Accounts queries
- Managing customer administration, including new accounts.
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in a financial role
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Experience of Sage 50
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy
- Administration and communication skills with team collaboration abilities.
Salary £25,00 - £27,500 per annum
