Role Overview: The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters, working with both individual and corporate clients. The role involves advising on a broad spectrum of disputes, including but not limited to contractual, commercial, property, and professional negligence matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters from inception to resolution.
- Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially-focused advice to clients.
- Conduct negotiations, draft legal documents, and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with colleagues across other departments to provide a seamless, integrated service.
- Contribute to business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in dispute resolution.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in handling a broad range of dispute resolution matters.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and work well under pressure.
- A proactive and ambitious individual with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
- Experience in business development and a strong network within the local market is desirable.
