What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Executive, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our Leeds-based warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing the entire order process, from registration to invoicing using SAP. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels. You will also play a key role in supporting the sales team with quotations and claim registrations. Additionally, you will assist in financial tasks such as reducing overdue accounts and maintaining accurate sales prices on SAP. Your role will also involve managing customer consignment stocks and logging inventory transactions accurately.

  • Handle the entire order process from registration to invoicing using SAP
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, prices, invoices, certificates, and more through various communication channels
  • Keep customers informed about their order status, especially in cases of delays or discrepancies
  • Ensure that Incoterms, payment terms, and prices are accurate and align with customer contracts on SAP sales orders
  • Assist the sales team in the quotation process when needed
  • Accurately register claims and complaints, providing administrative support to the sales team as required
  • Assist the cash collection team and financial service center in reducing overdue accounts
  • Maintain and verify the accuracy of sales prices on SAP, including customer price administration
  • Manage customer consignment stocks
  • Log inventory transactions accurately and support cycle counts, and reconciliation activities as needed

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Executive role is someone who brings proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Sales Force would be advantageous. You should have 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in dealing with our diverse clientele. A strong problem-solving ability is essential along with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively. Knowledge of import/export procedures will be beneficial. A customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach is desired, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Fluency in English is required.
