PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Project Administrator to lead the creation of a comprehensive master handbook for staff at a top London university for 1 week!

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Gathering data and compiling existing information from university documents into one master document to present to stakeholders
  • Coordinating and managing the compilation process, ensuring the inclusion of accurate and up-to-date information
  • Overseeing collaboration between departments,
  • Facilitating effective communication
  • Ensuring that all guidelines, policies, and procedures are clearly documented
  • Enhancing staff orientation, training, and operational efficiency

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:

  • Experience collating information
  • Experience presenting to multiple stakeholders of different levels
  • Higher education experience
