Trade Marketing Manager
Hybrid – Nottingham (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Salary - Up to £50,000
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known Nottingham-based retailer and become part of an award-winning marketing team that supports multiple brands. As the business continues to grow and innovate across both consumer and trade channels, this newly created role will play a pivotal part in shaping how trade audiences engage with the portfolio.

You'll support a range of trade audiences including independent retailers, designers, installers and distributors – across both commercial and residential channels. The role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the Nottingham office.
You'll enjoy a wide range of benefits, including generous colleague discounts for you, your family and friends, a healthcare and lifestyle benefits package, a variety of wellbeing initiatives, and a fantastic office environment.

- Lead and deliver trade marketing campaigns that support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
- Develop POS materials, brochures, sample books, and trade-facing collateral in collaboration with the in-house studio team.

- Support the development and evolution of online trade platforms or portals to better serve B2B audiences.
- Analyse campaign performance and partner feedback to optimise future campaigns and messaging.
About You
You'll be a driven and commercially aware marketer with experience managing B2B or channel marketing campaigns. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- 3–5 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally with a focus on trade, B2B, or channel partner marketing.
- Experience in home improvement, interiors, building products or FMCG would be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – with an ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, deliver creative assets, and analyse campaign effectiveness.
