We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater / Finishing Operative join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in powder coating/Finishing/Linishing processes and a keen eye for detail. The Powder Coater will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing various metal products, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparation:

Prepare metal parts for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and sanding.

Inspect parts for defects and imperfections before coating.

Powder Coating:

Apply powder coating using manual and automated equipment.

Ensure even and consistent coating application.

Monitor oven temperatures and curing times to achieve optimal results.

Quality Control:

Conduct visual inspections of coated parts to ensure quality and uniformity.

Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary.

Maintain detailed records of coating processes and quality checks.

Qualifications and Skills:
