Workforce Management Software Consultant

I'm looking for experienced German speaking Time and Attendance or Workforce Management software implementation consultants, for an international company which provides HR, T&A, WFM, Payroll and Benefits solutions. Globally successful business, fast growing in DACH region and throughout Europe. providing excellent career development opportunities. Stage of the art market leading software. Great team culture. You will work from home in any location in UK or Germany. Must speak fluent German and good business English. Occasional visits to clients in Germany or to Dusseldorf or UK office to meet with colleagues. Flexible salary according to experience, around 50k to 60k pa plus bonus, good benefits, unlimited paid holiday and optional alternate Fridays off.

In this role you will

  • meet clients who have bought your company's T&A, WFM solution, and sometimes also HR, Payroll or Benefits modules
  • attend a kickoff meeting with a Project Manager to understand the scope of the project
  • analyse processes and rules in relation to Time and Attendance or Workforce Management solutions
  • create a specification document to outline the requirements
  • configure the software to meet clients' needs as outlined in the document
  • test, oversee UAT and roll out the software
  • work with colleagues who are implementing the HR or Payroll or other modules if relevant
  • organise interfaces with the client's existing HR or payroll or other solutions.

You must already have experience of implementations for Time and Attendance / Workforce Management or rostering software. This may be for external clients of a consultancy or software company, or internally in the company you work for.
