Join a digital experience agency that use customer insights and leverage data to improve customer experience for their clients. They are looking for a Digital Analyst to help increase the capabilities within their analytics team.
Experience Required:

Google Analytics experience (GA4 + Universal Analytics)

Expert knowledge of Google Tag Manager

Ability to setup tracking for GA and 3rd party tools

Ability to debug and update previously setup containers

Experience creating and implementing measurement plans

Work with developers to implement tracking requirements

Testing and debugging tracking set-ups

Documentation of implementation process

Deliver analysis, insights and actionable recommendations to both technically and non-technically-minded clients; understanding briefs and translating these into deliverables

Ability to work across numerous projects simultaneously

Experience in CRO: planning and documenting testing cycles; set-up and reporting on A/B tests

Experience within an agency or managing multiple clients is desirable
