Location - CHEPSTOW - office based
The Role of Customer Service Representative
- As a Customer Services Representative you will be based from our cleints offices in Chepstow.
- You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of customer service enquires.
- For example you could be dealing with invoice queries, helping to resolve potential issues, liaising with other departments, updating the CRM system and doing follow ups.
- You will be responsible for dealing with incoming orders and then processing them on the system.
- You will be apart of a collaberative, friendly, vibrant team.
