Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Group Accounting Manager for a growing business with a UK Head Office based in Greater York. This varied role will expose the successful candidate to a wide range of financial reporting while also working closely with the Senior Leadership team.
The Role
Reporting into the Finance Director and working fully onsite, duties and responsibilities of the Group Accounting Manager will include:
- Responsible for all aspects of the Group's treasury function, including cash flow reporting, forecasting and liquidity management.
- Support the delivery of end-to-end taxation aspects of our operations, including tax audits, compliance and any project and improvement initiatives the Group may undertake.
- Support the annual Group audit process
- Support the wider Finance team with ad hoc projects and analysis requests as required.
The Candidate
To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
- Good knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
- Prior experience in dealing with multi-entity structures and a global organisation
- Able to develop strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional relationship management capability, able to manage numerous contributors to deliver against tight deadlines.
Salary & Benefits
In return, the successful Group Accounting Manager will receive the following:
- £50,000 - £60,000 base salary
- 25 days holidays
- Free onsite parking
