To lead the Manufacturing teams to achieve maximum productivity and output without compromising health, safety, environmental management, quality, cost and delivery performance. To develop a strong team who strongly align with the Genes of the company and hold themselves and their teams accountable for their actions. To have oversight of all staff working on nightshift including maintenance and security.
Working on the night shift paying upto £45,000pa with 38% shift uplift totalling the salary of up to £62,000pa!
What do you need?
- ILM qualification, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a supervisor, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in IT, knowledge of operating Microsoft D365 preferable
- Knowledge of safety regulations, best practices and lean manufacturing
