Your new company
My client is currently going through some major expansion and has increased headcount at their Rugby site considerably over the last 12 months. Due to maternity leave, they are currently looking for an HR generalist to look after the day-to-day HR of the site.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the rugby site and will be involved in everything from recruitment, absence management, employee relations, reward, CSR and projects. The position is responsible for administering, implementing and monitoring human resource programs to the highest professional standards.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for that next step up, as, although you will have support from the group, you will be responsible for the site single-handedly. You will have had experience working within a busy HR role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
