This permanent role offers a competitive salary of GBP40.00 per hour, with the flexibility of hybrid working - spending 2 days per week in our Rugby office. As a Housing Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of housing in the area. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in housing management, with a deep understanding of housing legislation and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective housing policies and procedures, with a focus on customer-centric service delivery.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to nurture a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence within the housing services team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including residents, community groups, and local authorities.
- A proactive and strategic approach to identifying and addressing housing challenges facing the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Housing Management, Social Care, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Housing Management or related areas would be advantageous.
- Additional qualifications or training in Diversity and Inclusion practices within housing services.
