We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join a great client of ours in the Croydon area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a career in recruitment and eager to learn the ropes in a supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and build lasting relationships.
- Source and screen potential candidates using various platforms and tools.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for client roles.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients.
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and terms between selected candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the company database.
- Participate in networking events to build professional relationships and attract potential candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
