Signet is currently working with a Global Law firm to hire a Recruitment Coordinator into thein global team in London. This role will provide coordination and administration support for their EMEA and APAC recruiting team!
In this role, you will:
- Work as part of a busy Talent & Development team, providing assistance for the recruitment and development of all trainee/non-qualified lawyers in EMEA
- Help with early careers attraction and shortlisting events include law fairs, insight days and assessment centers
- Assisting in scheduling with scheduling interviews and meetings
- Project work
- Working with the early careers team and legal recruiting team across the full remit of coordination support
They are looking for:
- Ideally 2 years + experience working in a professional services/ legal environment
- Strong using MS word, excel & power point
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Be able to demonstrate discretions and good judgement
Please note- this firm typically work 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. Also, this position is non exempt so you might from time to time be required to work overtime/ weekends and you will be paid to do it.
