Qualified Social Worker - Up to £48,000-Hybrid - Outstanding Ofsted
NonStop Care are working with an Outstanding Ofsted local authority in the South East for a Senior Social Worker to join their Children's Services They are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and who would be able to integrate smoothly into their team & become a part of their stable & supportive working environment.
This position allows you to work within a local authority that has achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating, meaning they provide highest possible level of diligence & aid to those under their care, which will ultimately increase your work satisfaction.
This team offers hybrid working, meaning you can manage your own case load & diary - allowing you to maximise your time at home and create a fantastic work life balance.
The Role:
- This role will entail working with Families to conduct initial assessments, provide & carry out care plans & work with the families to resolve any issues.
- The CSWT team works with families when there is a need for a Child and Family Assessment and work to effect change and enable the families to develop the skills and level of care for the family to stay together

Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
- A drivers license
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience working in Children's Services.
