Hays are recruiting for a temporary to permanent Sales Order Administrator. This role is based in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester.
Your new role
You will manage and process orders, you will arrange shipping and invoicing, you will track weekly orders, you will liaise internally. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of returns, debit notes and short claims. You will track charge-backs, work closely with the customer service manager, you will manage any customer queries, you will ensure correct payment is in place. You will deal with queries via email and telephone, you will act as lead point of contact, you will handle discrepancies and the complaints procedure and support with any further administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, you will be an excellent communicator, you will have excellent customer service skills, a high level of customer service. You will be confident in liaising internally and externally, you will be immediately available, and you will have excellent IT skills. SAP would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
This role is immediate starting, potentially temporary to permanent for the right candidate. Early Friday finish, Office based, paying £24,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience.
