Description

The responsibilities of the OD Consultant - Leadership and Management Development will be to lead transformational change within a well-known public sector organisation. This is a unique opportunity to work with a client committed to delivering exceptional quality and innovation at every level.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning interventions that enhance effectiveness and support talent development across the organisation.
  • Identify and deliver innovative people learning activities, blending leading-edge learning and development approaches to address critical skill needs and future capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams across People & OD to drive internal mobility, support talent transfer, and strengthen organisational excellence.
  • Facilitate and deliver transformative leadership and management development courses to cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure all learning solutions align with the client's strategic goals, performing needs analysis as required.
  • Evaluate learning initiatives, measure KPIs, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements

Profile

The successful OD Consultant - Leadership and Management Development will have a background in a similar position within the public sector where you can demonstrate strong understanding of leading-edge learning and development theories and methods, with demonstrable experience of successful planning, designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development interventions in a large and complex organisation.

Educated to degree level in a relevant professional field such as learning and development, Human Resources or equivalent by experience.

Professional membership of CIPD at Chartered level or working towards this.

Job Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate paying between £40 - £45, depending on previous experience.
