- Posting legal costs on Practice Management software
- Assisting with sales invoice preparation and administration
- Verification of new bank payee details and assisting with property completion schedules
- Preparation of bank payments for authorization
- Client ledger/bank reconciliations
- Providing back-up and holiday cover for other staff
- Preparation of time breakdowns for sending with sales invoices
- Allocation of pre-paid income on a monthly basis
- General administrative duties in case management system
- Assist with compliance of SRA accounts rules in maintaining and reviewing client balances
