We are excited to announce an opportunity to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join a large cash management organisation, with operations spanning all across the UK.
The role
- Full-Time, Permanent Contract
- 40-hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Office based in Belfast (BT6)
- £28,000 - £30,000 pa
- Opportunities to progress and develop within the role and company
Key accountabilities
- Credit control and credit card reconciliation
- Assisting with month end processes
- Use of SAGE 200 and MS Excel
- Sales invoicing and accounts receivable
- Purchase orders and purchase invoice processing
- Data extraction and analysis
- Monitoring emails and handling incoming calls and queries
Skills & experience
- Experience in similar roles/environments
- Experience using SAGE and MS Excel
- Highly organised
- Strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Professional qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
