Your new role
Hays Education works closely with primary schools in Coventry who are looking for qualified teachers to start as soon as possible from M1 - M6. Your new job working as a class teacher within Coventry would require you to be dependent on the school taking on planning responsibility, but can also cover long term no planning roles.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this new job, you must be a resilient and positive teacher who is comfortable working as part of a team and goes the extra-mile for the children, whilst creating a safe environment for children to flourish. Ideally, you will have prior experience of planning and delivering engaging lessons across the key stages that effectively meet children's learning needs. Good behaviour management is desirable.
