Altum consulting are delighted to be partnering with a multisite, retail organisation based in West London who are seeking a senior accountant to join their team on an interim basis. You will take ownership of the management accounting and forecasting relating to Property & IT costs across the UK&I as well as supporting the financial controller and other stakeholders to ensure accurate recording, reporting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly/ Quarterly Reporting, ensuring accurate recording of Property, IT and assigned Head Office departments costs.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts on a monthly basis.
- Preparation of KPI reports.
- Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Provide explanations for variances to budget, prior-year and prior forecasts.
You'll be/have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Experience with Property accounting under IFRS 16 and IAS 17.
- Multisite industry experience.
- Available at short notice.
