OA are working with an established and growing business, searching for a Senior Logistics Administrator to join their team.
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
- £30,000 - £36,000
- Permanent
- 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays

**Senior Logistics Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales and customers with logistics inquiries and coordinate deliveries
- Translate sales and customer requests into logistics requirements
- Provide real-time shipment status updates and maintain accurate reports
- Handle return inquiries and process claims against logistics providers
- Coordinate load planning with warehouse and transport providers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proactive issue communication
- Running reports on department data
- Participate in projects to enhance logistics efficiency and adaptability
**Senior Logistics Administrator - Skills and Experience:
- Experience of SAP
- Logistics process understanding, including export to EU & Ireland
- Excel expertise including VLOOKUP, pivot tables
- Advanced MS Office skills (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and detail orientation
- Innovative, driven, and flexible
- Structured and independent work style
