Description
- Providing expert advice on a wide range of employee relations issues.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all staff.
- Participating in the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Collaborating with the Human Resources team to implement HR initiatives.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of ER strategies.
- Promoting a positive working culture within the retail environment.
Profile
The successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
- Demonstrable Employee Relations experience
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A thorough understanding of employee relations and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
