Primary duties include :

  • Care Act assessments
  • Report writing
  • Examine and supervise carer strategies
  • Perform assessments according to the Mental Capacity Act
  • Commitment to high-quality care provision
  • Caseload management
  • Action safeguarding procedures

To be successful within this role, you are required to have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Social Work Qualification
  • Have experience of working within the Care Act 2014
