Private Client Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Draft and execute wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
- Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax matters
- Manage probate and estate administration
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal services
Private Client Paralegal Requirements:
- An experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience in private client work
- Strong Private Client knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex legal matters in simple terms
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and Microsoft Office suite
