The Role

The Recruitment and People Team Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent and Recruitment Specialist in all aspects of the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding. You will be instrumental in managing the candidate journey, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and new employees.

Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support to the People Team, contributing to the ongoing development of our people and ensuring our processes are efficient and aligned with our core values.

About you:

  • We're looking for a candidate who has previous experience in a recruitment or HR/People Team coordination role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • You should have experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and LinkedIn sourcing, as well as experience in conducting salary benchmarking.
  • We're looking for someone with strong written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. You should be super organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Lastly, you should have a proactive, collaborative, and positive approach, aligned with our commitment to supporting team goals and upholding our values, and knowledge of employment law and HR practices is a plus.

Where you'll be working

This is a hybrid role, with 2-days a week working from our Chester office and the rest of days from home.

The Package:
