Housing Officer

Role Overview: This role requires someone with a strong background in housing management, particularly in managing rent accounts and dealing with anti-social behavior (ASB) cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in housing and tenancy management.
- Lead rent arrears recovery efforts and support tenants with income maximization.
- Handle legal actions related to arrears and ASB, in collaboration with solicitors.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections for residential buildings.
- Support tenants in managing their tenancies and accessing local services.
What We're Looking For:
- Housing Experience: Essential for the role.
- Rent Accounts & ASB: Strong experience in managing rent accounts and handling ASB cases is highly desirable.
- Customer Service: A deep commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine attachment to your work.
- Experience managing Arrears reports
