The Opportunity:
Insight is at the heart of the campaign. The award winning and passionate in-house team is now looking for an Interim Head of Insight & Analysis (12mth maternity cover) to lead on defining, commissioning, and interpreting all research, insight across the organisation. Using your insight and analysis expertise you will help this organisation change the future of Great Britain. Leading a small, friendly team you will work collaboratively to deliver best-in-class insight to senior stakeholders to help shape the future strategy. About you:
You will have experience of working in a creative and busy environment with senior level experience of working in a market research, insight or data role. You will have had experience of leading and delivering a wide research programme, driving a team in the same direction. You will be able to demonstrate excellent research design skills across a range of sectors, techniques and audiences. You will be creative and strategic and be excited about delivering compelling insights to key decision makers.
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £90,000 + a suite of great benefits. Hybrid working (2 days London office)
