Duties will include:
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management, sales and operations team
- Work with management to review and update HR policies and procedures
- Manage and process security clearance applications
- Support with employee onboarding and inductions
- Report writing
- Database administration
- Deal with external queries
- Process sales orders
Previous experience of working in an administrative role (preferably with some HR duties) is essential. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload effectively.
