Background
My client in the media sector is looking for an Interim Senior Finance Manager for a 12 month contract to cover maternity. They are a key player in the subscription based media model.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the business with efficient processes, commercial analysis and financial governance
- End to end financial management of a small business
- Management of a junior accountant
- Provide accurate and timely reporting and information to support the magazine
- Preparation of annual financial accounts
- Production of annual budgets and forecasts
- Payroll management
- Calculation and submission of UK and European VAT returns
The Successful Candidate
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with relevant post qualification experience
- Experience from a subscription based business is essential
- Experience of hands on, end to end financial responsibility in a small company
- Must be immediately available to start first week in October
What's On Offer?
A salary between £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Hybrid working in central London
12 month contract
