Job Title: Interim Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Location: Alfreton - Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Contract: 6 Month FTC

Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be exclusively supporting our client, a market-leading organisation based in Alfreton, in the appointment of an Interim Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded and detail-driven finance professional to play a key role in providing accurate and insightful management information to Executive Management, supporting strategic decision-making across the Group.

**The Role:

As the Interim Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for:

  • Consolidating Group management accounts and delivering high-quality financial analysis
  • Partnering with Finance Business Partners to provide variance commentary vs. budget, forecast and prior year
  • Supporting Board and Executive Committee reporting with robust analysis and insights
  • Assisting with the consolidation and analysis of the Group Budget, monthly forecasting, and strategic planning, including scenario modelling
  • Working alongside the Head of Financial Reporting to ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policies
  • Conducting detailed reviews of P&L and balance sheet information to ensure data accuracy
  • Supporting the onboarding of acquisitions, ERP implementation, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Continuously evaluating and improving internal reporting processes

**About You:

You will be a qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with broad practical experience and a proven track record in:

  • Group-level consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities
  • Ideally, exposure to ERP implementations and/or the manufacturing sector
