We have a great opportunity for somebody to join our fast-paced Talent Operations Team here at Community Housing.
Within this role, you'll be supporting the team to achieve excellence by ensuring that administration duties in relation to the recruitment and retention of our colleagues are performed with a customer focus, to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for colleague enquires, with around 500 colleagues, you'll be doing something different every day.
- Arranging appointments such as interviews or occupational health appointments.
- Ensuring pre-employment documentation including DBS, Right to Work, Occupational Health checks and References are obtained as required as well as producing contractual documentation in a timely manner.
- Keeping the People & Culture Systems up to date.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Great attention to detail to ensure we're delivering our services right first time.
- An approachable attitude and ability to communicate with people on all levels.
- A 'can do' work ethic to take ownership of the role and seek out solutions when needed.
- A Full UK Drivers licence and access to a car is essential - this role will involve some local travel from time to time.
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Previous experience within a Human Resources or Learning & Development environment is great - but this isn't essential! We're committed to providing training to ensure that you succeed during your time here at Community Housing.
