Are you a driven and experienced Paid Media professional looking for your next big opportunity? We are excited to offer a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join a dynamic team and national leading brand!

Your Role:

• Grow traffic and ROI through Paid Media channels.
• Collaborate with the online, marketing, and technology teams.
• Shape and implement a robust Paid Media strategy, including Paid Social, PPC, Google Shopping, and Display.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Retail or any B2C background with a knack for fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent project management and time management capabilities.
• A team player with stellar communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
• Keen attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement the company-wide Paid Media strategy.
• Manage and develop the paid media manager.
• Promote best practices across paid media channels.
• Daily optimisation to boost revenue and ROI.
• Hands-on management of Paid Media activities and budget.
• Define KPI frameworks and reporting processes.
• Conduct ad hoc research, analysis, and troubleshooting.
