Senior Partnerships Manager
I'm currently supporting a very well established and successful affiliate business who are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager for their Finance and Utilities team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in Senior Partnerships Management, working alongside a talented and ambitious team.
The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between the clients partner brands, the inhouse business development team, and the inhouse marketing campaign planning teams, managing and negotiating exclusive discounts from well-known national brands.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Source, coordinate, and develop commercially successful relationships with leading national and international brands across the Finance, Insurance, and Utilities sectors.
- Manage a small team, including a Finance, Insurance, and Utilities Account Executive, to support key partner accounts and ensure the success of your own portfolio of partners.
- Communicate daily with partners via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings to secure new offers for our members.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Data teams to promote offers to members effectively.
- Drive business strategy by increasing the number of brands we work with, improving discounts available to members, and negotiating strong commercial terms.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a similar partnerships or affiliates environment, preferably within Finance, Insurance, and Utilities. (All or one or more of these sectors)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with multiple and changing priorities.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with partners and colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
