Juice is thrilled to be working with a long-standing client based in Bath, as they search for a Lettings Administrator to join their team. This role will see you working with the Head of Student Operations, to ensure student lets are processed quickly and efficiently.
You will be supporting with staging properties, uploading adverts, sending out welcome packs, completing compliance checks, and supporting the wider team where needed.

You will be an adaptable and self-motivated individual who is highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
DAY TO DAY:
- Supporting Student Operations and New Lets in all administrative tasks.
- Working alongside a photographer to stage properties, to create superior marketing content.
- Preparing adverts and creating property brochures.
- Assisting the team in letting a large portfolio of student properties as well as New Residential properties coming to market.
- Preparing student welcome packs and handing out tenant keys.
- Carrying out Right to Rent checks.
- Checking tenants in and out of all relevant systems.
- Sending out welcome communication to tenants and other relevant information throughout their tenancy.
- Conducting viewings.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Someone with excellent attention to detail.
- A fantastic communicator, who is positive and professional.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with daily phone calls and email communication.
- Driving Licence is essential.
