Job Title: Lecturer / Teacher - Mathematics
Hourly rate: £30 - £35 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (timetable available)
Contract: Temporary with option to go Permanent
Start date: September 2024 - ongoing until a permanent staff member is recruited
Location: Berkshire, UK
Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Berkshire and we're looking for an experienced GCSE and Functioning skills Mathematics Lecturer.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality GCSE Maths lessons.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Must have:
- A degree in Maths or a related field.
- Teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching GCSE Maths.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have an Enhanced DBS issued in last 12 months or on the update service.
- Must have the right to work in the UK as the client does not have the time or funds for sponsorship.
