**What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing inbound enquiries over the phone and directing them as needed
- Allocating sales leads to the right team members and tracking progress
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring company documents are up-to-date
- Carrying out monthly payment checks and assisting with invoicing tasks
- Handling customer and distributor support enquiries, keeping them logged and tracked
- Supporting with monthly reporting and preparation of commission
- Keeping track of IT inventory and car fleet requirements
- Assisting with credit control to manage accounts effectively
- Bank transaction entries and reconciliation
- Credit card entries
**What We're Looking For:
- A friendly and professional telephone manner with the ability to manage enquiries
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- A flexible and proactive attitude, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Someone eager to learn and expand their skills-this role offers plenty of variety!
- Ideally, experience with Sage or similar accounting software
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
