Zenith People are recruiting for a Maintenance Trainer on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Maintenance Training Coordinator, duties are as follows:-
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development of the Maintenance Departments training requirements.
- Training Apprentices, newly qualified Maintenance Technicians and experienced Maintenance Technicians
- Creating training reports and completion of documentation
- Support Trainee recruitment, training & development.
- Daily use and development of Maintenance tools & best practices.
- Promote and strengthen team skill up activities.
- Support Department Recruitment activities.
- Support new project skill up & preparation.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- An ONC or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Time Served Maintenance Technician
- A strong Maintenance/Engineering background.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- PC literate.
- Experience in a previous Training Role advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided
- Experience developing & delivering in house training advantageous.
